U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that Daniel Red Horse, Jr., age 41, of Eagle Butte, appeared before U.S. District Judge Roberto A. Lange on January 19, 2012, and pled guilty to count two of the indictment that charged him with sexual contact.
