Hidalgo, Texas — U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers working at the Hidalgo/Reynosa International Bridge arrested a male U.S. citizen from McAllen, Texas, for allegedly attempting to smuggle a 10-year-old Guatemalan national into the United States.
