Muskego Man Charged with Receipt of Child Pornography and Interstate Travel to Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct with a Minor

Kareem Alverest, 32, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by indictment with possession of contraband in prison, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of five years’ imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Virgil B.
